Swapping out std front air intake duct for a carbon item on a 16 model

What (if any) hardship is involved changing the air intake from the standard plastic one to a carbon one.

Air Intake Duct

Just be aware that most carbon fibre air ducts, like the one linked below from alpha Racing, include a built-in clock stay and are for race use only. They make no provision for mounting the headlights etc.

Thanks for the heads up. I was considering an illmberger or fullsix one. Fitting tips/issues?

Air Intake Duct

You just need to remove the entire front fairing which isn't all that difficult.
