Rounded bolt, HELP!

Hi guys, I have a rounded bolt holding the last part of my exhaust on...Can't believe it. It's the bolt holding the Cat onto the bike, It's very rounded cannot get off. Is it ok just to cut off or will I need it? I've had a look at my new exhaust (Full system) and I don't think it needs this bolt? Any suggestions on how to get the bolt off or can I just cut it off?

long nose mole grips, drill or grinder/dremel...onlt options as far as i can see.

Soak it in WD-40 or loosal for a few hours and get the mole grips on it.

You probably won't need the bolt on an aftermarket system. Even if you did you could replace it with another... those bolts are only there to take the weight of that massive collector box.

Ive just removed this bolt yesterday. I would soak it in wd and mole grips. Mine was not in very tight at all.
