Anybody had any experience with the of692 heated sports grips. After a ride out this afternoon ive decided i defo need some.
Would these fit my 2010 model
Thanks

i fit them on my missis zx10r and they are very good. she loves them and would never be without again. you do need thick gloves on the highest setting as they get very hot.

Yes I had these on my gixxer. On full heat they are scorching hot. Much better than the factory grips on the gen 3 BMW. Only issue is that the rubber grip does wear over a very long period of time, but I'm talking 20k miles or so, and I believe you can get spares. The later models also have battery protection built in in case you forget to turn them off etc. If you don't have anything I'd recommend them.

Are they easy to fit?? Also impressed your wifes got a zx10r, my gf wont even ride a push bike

yes. very easy. just wire into battery so no trying to find a switched power. they turn themselves off when the notice a drop in power.
lol, yep she rides a 2016 zx10r KRT with the performance pack. embarrasses many blokes every sunday.lol

I've a generation 1 also and bought a pair of r&g heated grips last winter. Left it into my mechanic to get a few bits and bobs done and he said they wouldn't fit, something about the throttle tube. I Googled it afterwards and seems that you can't fit aftermarket grips at all
Phoned bmw to see if I could get theirs retro fitted and you can't.
I ended up fitting Oxford hot hands instead, probably not quite as warm as the grips I had on my gsxr but not bad.

I've got a pair of oxfords heated gloves, much better than heated grips imo.. they heat around the knuckles stopping them from going white!
