Full systems and warranty

Iv a 17 s1000rr coming end of the month. Go on part the break in.

I'm very confused how I change to a full system and stay within the warranty without buying straight off bmw.

If you get the ecu tuned it's gone so if I get one that has sensor ports will bike be fine without tuning.

Or could I put a 2016 manifold on it and then a slip on??
