Front left caliper seized mid flight

My brakes are be fine (26k miles) and I change brake pads every 6k....lots of stop and starts.

I always give the callipers a really good clean every time the pads are changed. I missed the part that they should be every 3k.

I probably don't make them clean as well as a dealer could??? but not paying for dealer to change the pads...that's a doddle to do.

Anyone have instructions or workshop manual to take apart the brakes? Im not very technical and dont fancy causing more issues for myself!!
