The Banjo needs replaced.. buying S/H calipers is no guarantee the business end doesnt require an overhaul either... probably best buying pistons and a seal kit for his own..

I ordered the kit on the same principle... just need a banjo bolt now... I?ll try and add it to the order from KFM

On previous bikes I?ve replaced the bleed nipple with Goodridge Speed Bleeders, which are so easy to use to bleed brakes. Turn the nipple ? turn and pump the lever until air bubbles stop coming out. Then tighten the nipple back up and you are finished. I?ve never done it on my S1000RR but the principle is the same.

The BMW S1000RR (not HP4) front calliper uses 6x1.0 mm and I found some here

BMW HP parts had stahlbus bleed valves in the catalogue. I have them on mine.
