Hi.

I've noticed white bits floating in my coolant reservoir (see photo). Having spoken to Allan Jefferies they tell me it's quite normal and common.

Just wondering if anyone else has the same thing in there coolant or should I be concerned that it could be something serious?

Cheers guys.
Jason.

If in doubt just drain and flush the system and then refill with new coolant.

Photo kept failing to upload earlier.

I really doubt I should have to be flushing the coolant on a 15 month old motorcycle that's done just 7800miles.

Could be where they stripped engine down mate, to do valve stem seals. Taking the head off would have more then likely put oil in water and water in oil. I'd drain the bottle out and keep an eye on it

or sell it :single_eye:

Thanks for the info Jay. Taking her to Alan Jefferies on Saturday.
Had trouble with the electrics too, bank angle sensor stopped working and heated grips got red hot as in too hot to touch.
Appreciate your input.
