Well picked it up tonight from Park Lane, London, was really p155ing down, not happy.

Stuck it in rain mode, heated grips on 2 and off i went. Grips really hot, never used them before so down to 1 then off within 3miles. Also really warm around legs from engine, no need for thermals now.

Nearly got out of 1st whilst coming up A41 and narowly missed the yellow boxes on poles, managed it on A1 and away went all the way to 6.

20 miles done on 580 to go.

Would have thought 1st service would have been free? Or is that wishfull thinking.

Smiles all round and poss off to South Coast if weather ok tm

Got my first service free with mine but haggled when buying the bike n them heated grips do get hot. Hope weathers decent 4 you over the wk end have fun

Hoping for good weather, suppose discount v service. Got a good deal but still you could always get more.

Can't complain about anything but the weather. If its crap I'll get my tail tidy on hopefully.

93 miles to 1st fill with 22 to empty. Thought I might hit 120 but ???

14l do not too bad, filling to bottom of red pipe crap as tank no wher near full.

Where do you fill up to?

Mine was 98 miles to first refill, probably because BMW don't fill it up to the top. I've managed 150 to a tank but that was very steady. 120-130 is usual with a worse of 80 on a mad track day

Should hit anything above 120, I regularly get 134 from a tank.

I fill right up to the 'Red thing' but I do this while sitting on the bike.

2nd fill tonight at 119 and filled it this time half way up the red thing, took some time but only 14 l to fill so v happy with fuel cons.
