Make sure to check for leaking callipers and shame the dealer!

Service went pretty easy to be fair, I bought the correct spark plug puller and oil filter tool. Bike is running sweet!

nice one locke and yes the coil spark plug puller is a must .what exhaust have you and have you a fueling module on cheers tricky

Akra slip on at the moment until I find a full Akra system. No fuelling module at present.

sweet and when you get a full exhaust I take it custom map job.when I had mine custom map done I did notice the bike is a lot more responsive and sounds very fruity :chuncky: them akra downpipes are expensive but not bad if you find a used one.lovely bit of maintenance there locke

I had a PCV with custom map on my R1 which smoothed the throttle out and transformed the bike. You will know what I mean as you have owned a cross plane R1 they can be a challenge to ride. I?ve always done my own servicing it?s the only way you get to really know your bike.

yes true locke same as me mate I don't like the price at dealers plus I enjoy working on my bike just as much as riding the bike ,I been working on bikes since early 1980s but im still learning mate .the way I look at it do the work yourself and you know the jobs been done that way you same abit of money to put towards the next mod you need because theres always something else to do lol:chuncky:
