Bike dipping

I've noticed that when I'm going up through the gears on my 2015 bike with the electronic suspension the front forks kind of dip every gear change is this normal ??? feels like the forks are too soft but I have them on +2

Cally, when I first got my HP4 I kinda felt this, it is less noticeable the more throttle you are giving it when you kick up. Was once almost thrown over the front changing up from 5th to 6th flat out at the IOM I'm sure the fork were well squashed that day, lol. Think it is just a slight response to the throttle being cut.
