Best place to get parts (seat lock)

Chaps, where's the best place to get parts in the UK?

My secondhand pillion seat came without the lock housing ("52538549430", or part 2 on the page below). I can get the cylinder out of my seat cover but the whole housing is glued to it

I purchased an old barrel and took it apart to make my key fit it. Just watched a video on YouTube whilst doing it. It was easy.

I have the barrel out no problem, I need the plastic housing that it sits in and that screws to the seat body.
