Just bought an Austin ARCS Decat system, Firstly after cutting away from the cat should I remove the mesh (Im not fitting a pcv etc) Or am I better leaving he mesh in the downpipe. Also what sensors do I need to remove im not doing the job myself (im hopeless) But any info would be most helpful thanks

Downpipes should be clear, if yr not fitting a pc (not ideal) leave sensors in and hope ecu has enough scope to re-adjust. Someone will be along to confirm this as I'm not sure. I Fitted pc and had it re-mapped for peace of mind, if it runs too lean for too long you could be in trouble.

I was told by Rich at Austin racing that a pcv was not essential and as said you only unplug the sensors if you do fit a pcv or similar, what you do need to do is disconnect the cables from the rear servo unit.
