Had another trip down to HM Racing again today - had my Ohlins bits fitted and a HMR Quickshifter - wont get a chance to try it all out until Sunday when im at Snetterton with No Limits - but cant wait to get out on track!

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to PJ for the Alpha Race Fairings, the Ohlins 30mm Front Fork Cartridge Kit and the Ohlins TTX Rear Shock and also for fitting the fairings and swapping the forks over last weekend - you were a star!

Also great to meet Mike today at HMR - hope the ride home was a success and you didnt get a soaking this time round!!? Good luck with the Euro trip and ride safely - bike looked great too!

Looks Wicked mate - I take it you still have the CAT on with that shorty Akrapovic?

Looks good, but I dont get the headlight stickers, they are not even BMW ones.

Looking Good Hoops -Let us know how you get on with it - Davy

Will do fella - i think they set the QS up exactly as you have yours - will see how Sunday goes.

Yep - still running the cat - will decide later on what to do re exhaust - to be honest i like the look of the Akro and the cat is hidden - its just noise i want more of really but then i dont want to risk failing sound checking at the track either - so jury is out for now.

I personally like the headlight stickers as i always think the front end of track bike fairings mostly look bland and uninteresting - they are replicas of BMW S1000RR headlights albeit ive chosen the 2 longer lights as ive always vehemently hated the stupid single round light - all personal choice of course and personally i like it!!

Thanks Steve. It was great to meet you and have a good chat while tyres, levers, chain and sprockets were being fitted.
Bike feels great for the road now, a transformation.

And what about that shoddy sprocket movement from the rear wheel? If it wasn't for the fact that HM are so good at what they do?.......

Enjoy the trackday on your awesome machine.

Cheers.
