Hi all. Have done the exhaust flap mod on my bike. Will an end can make a difference or do I need to decat it as well? If so, can I simply cut it out myself with an angle grinder and replace it with a decat link pipe? Thanks in advance.

Hi All, New to forum. I have a 2010 S1000rr that is completely standard. I am planning several mods and upgrades but most importantly I want to change the exhaust, had lots of opinions and advice on this with regard to a de cat / full system. Any ideas and suggestions? Thanks in advance.
