I plan to fit the parts I've bought over the last few weeks today. Just wondering what the best way to fit the engine covers was? I read a thread about it recently but can't find it. I'm sure somebody said double sided tape but surely that won't hold at silly speeds? Tempted to glue them!

I'm not a massive fan of my brakes. I think for the speed of the bike it needs better brakes! I've Google upgrades and seen the brembo bmc. ?320 ish. That sound about right? Is there a big improvement or should I be looking at other things? Cheers

Looking at Carbon for my bike. Found a carbon front fairing from Z4 Motorsport on ebay. Based in Las vagas. Works out at about ?270 delivery inc import tax. Just wondered if anybody had used them and if the quality was good? Cheers

Im not overly happy with the feel of my brake lever. Ive not done any trackdays on it but even on the road it doesn't seem to have the feel I like. Looking at braided hoses but can only find them for non abs bike. Do any of you have them on an abs bike? If so, who sell them? Thanks

Hello. Just bought a 2010 S1000RR today. Had a 2004 Gsxr K4 1000, sold it to buy a K5 but couldn't resist the urge to buy this Rode it 130 miles home, bad rain at times! Even soaking wet I loved the ride home.
