Very strange question, I know that but I just need to know if a gen 2 engine (12-14) can fit into a gen 3 frame (15-current). I would have thought that there would be some differences?

Hi all I have picked up another s1k for track use only. I want to do away with the key, I know it can be done on other bikes but I am not sure of the BMW will allow it. Does anyone know if this can be done, maybe by flashing the ecu or something? My pal has a new R1 that does not need a key...

Just got the bike back from being repaired (fried ecu) and the engine management light is on. The bike is a track bike and has a race full system on it. If the exhaust servo is not being used, will it appear on the dash as an engine management light? That's all I can think it could be. If so...

ive just picked up a hp4 track bike and when I turn it on, it won't rev past 2k and it revs really really slow. Does the hp4 have a restrictor for revving when engines cold?
