Noticed when putting the bike away tonight as I spin the rear wheel on the paddock stand there is a noticeable grating sound from the rear wheel sprocket area no movement but it does seem to be causing a drag. Wheel bearing issue?? 2013 bike 2700 miles.

Been well cuffed with the Racetec K3's I have been pretty loyal too but have opted for a change getting Dunlop D212 GP Pro fitted next week. Anyone have any experience? I use the bike mainly fast road and odd trackdays.
