Would M7rr be a better all rounder ?

Hi all. Just bought a Generation 3? 2016 s1000rr and would like to post a picture of it with my new exhaust but don't know how, please help.

When I had a HP 4 I had super corsa on which a great in dry but not so good in wet, I have a new s100rr which has Metzler M3 which are excellent but changing soon for a Trip to Spain to M7rr

I bought a rear hugger without the cut out from the carbon guys on here, it works better than original, I've riden fully loaded up with luggage and there was no chance of it bottoming out ( see pics of mine on the site)

They are if you buy bits direct from BMW otherwise I've found aftermarket bits to be of a similar price? What bits have you bought that were especially pricey?

This might be a silly question but, As I'm 75 kg would the bikes pre load and sag already be set up and okay as standard for me?

Welcome flight, I agree with cally, the only thing the R1 has over the s1000 is the noise of the engine / exhaust sound however I found it the most similar 1000cc sports bike to the R1 that I rode, enjoy mate

Welcome Steve, I got my HP4 from Allan Jeffries - really friendly and helpful however I had to pay for my first 600 miles service £100, I thought that was standard? I'm sure you will love your HP4, I've been an R1 owner for the past 13 yrs, had four, 99,04,09 and 11 plate and loved them all...

Don't think "I'd be up for that fat bob" have you tried some lube? Owe and shopping around for insurance :nevreness:

A friend of mine has bought the carbon HP4 and I'm more than happy with my non carbon HP4, since taking delivery I've put an MRA double bubble screen on, R&G crash bungs, colour coded levers and a carbon hugger and chain guard from Kayleum who's on here and it looks great, owe and I've changed...
