    That is the plan of action I am taking but that's because I don't get a chance to use mine much. The bike is in a well insulated garage so temperature wasnt an issue. The previous owner never used it (less than 500 miles in 3 years) so I think that is the other thing that didn't help.

    Hi all Can anyone tell if the exhaust heat shield where it meets the exhaust has changed at all over the years. Mine is oval and won't tie into a round aftermarket exhaust cheers matt

    Hi all Went to go out on the bike Friday but couldn't get it to start. The orange light came on to say it was in emergency shut down mode and it was turning over but just wouldn't fire.     Hi All Recognize a few of the people on here from the R1 Forum ( IS DM ON HERE?!!! ) Just sold my 848 evo (to Leon Morris for the 848 Challenge) and am looking for an S1000rr Can any of you give me any advise on what to avoid? Thanks all Matt :joyous:
