    Travelling Europe

Oh yes definitely taking the bike mate! Heading alone though as all the mates are stuck in work. I’m heading 11th as well, leave Belfast on the 0730 ferry then a quick dash across to Newcastle for the ferry that night. I only booked it 4 weeks ago, never thought it would’ve sold out, guess...

    Travelling Europe

Handy thread this as I’m also heading to Assen for the WSBK, though I’m getting the party boat over from Newcastle. Going to do the Nurburgring as well when I’m over, only ever done it in the car before. Will look out for fellow S1K riders :eagerness:

How well do you know your Cruise control?

I didn't know that about the close throttle! Always touch the front brake which results in minor whiplash:wink-new:, or just toggle cruise to off

    NC500 advice required

I know a few of you have done the route, so looking for a bit of help with the below if you would be so kind. Have looked at the map while trying to plan things and though the distances sound fine, i have no idea of what is reasonable ground to expect to cover in a day. I know this all to well...

Ive literally no money left after paying for the stairs :hopelessness: Hopefully never need a stairlift fitted when I’m older lol is the wunderlich the same idea as the other then? I’d just need to purchase an arm and adapter for whatever I’m fitting to the end of it? If so, let me know how...

    Telferizer yoke mount

Bumping up an old thread here guys but just wanted to check if I order a telferizer mount, is it just a case of buying a RAM mount for my phone/sat nav/go pro and they all fit? Also did I read somewhere that it’s a 25mm I need?

    Mikes Bike: 2017 S1000RR Sport Black/Grey

Anyone heading over this year? I missed the TT as was working so booked to go to this instead. Have always heard good things about it and it's one I haven't been to yet. I would love to go a week earlier and get the classic done as well, but I'm for doing the NC500 3 days after I get back from...

Happy days, health to enjoy! Good to see more and more from NI on here now. Definitely have to get a meet sorted at some point. Ballynahinch direction myself. I'm for Bishopscourt on mine on Sunday here which should be fun, first time on the track with it!

God Jimmy, you’ve had quite the time of it already! Hope your sparkie mate recovers ok. Mountain is bonkers, but I still loved it. Can’t wait to get back, hopefully next year.
