Right,just spoke to a chap called Neil in Aer Lingus. He told me thats its fine to bring the motorbike battery onboard. Print out the PDF sheet and show it to security staff when they ask me about the battery.

I found that alot of the staff at the airline desks were clueless when it came to stuff like this,and that its down to the security staff in the screening area. Ryanair told me before no way could I bring a cylinder head onboard the plane with me as hand luggage.I wouldnt be allowed through...

Put a JMT battery in the R1 and got in some SSR carbon goodies for the S1000rr. Also got some parts in for the Ducati 996,bigger battery leads and a new DB screen.

I find if you ring up alot of shops or pop into them and ask for a discount then you will get 10% and possibly even more off. Alot of these sites overinflate their prices and then give a big discount,to make it look like a good deal.

Will have a look at them now. Hoping to get a Lithium charger that has an SAE connection,so I can make use of the SAE lead fitted to the bike.

Just got an SSR extended carbon front mudguard in the post this morning. Very good quality and lovely twill weave pattern too,fits in nicely with the Ilmberger race bellypan.
