We ended up getting the tool made by a local engineer to get Baz sorted. It was a ball-ache from start to finish, but we got there in the end as quickly and simply as possible.

My full titanium system on my 2015 has never blown any louder that 99db. Unless it's a stainless system you'll be fine, but I always carry my baffle for the full length Akropovic so you're welcome to borrow that if required :).

Did you have the valve clearances done at your service? If so, check the coils are all pushed home correctly as well as the connectors to each and spark plugs are tight. We?ve seen this before.

Cruise doesn't work when the front wheel isn't going anywhere. Plus sustained RPM isn't good when running in an engine.
