we don’t have Swiss/German roads here. Riding in RP on public roads is nearly impossible in the UK / Ireland that’s one thing. Second thing is, all media functions are disabled in RP.

My dealer just confirmed as well. There are redesigned clutches and he ordered one in for me, but he doubts we will see them before December.

Yeah it’s BS. You don’t have to sign anything as it won’t, per default, void your warranty. If your engine blows and they can PROVE that it was a direct result of fitting the Akra then they won’t pay, but if your engine blows and they cannot prove that it was the Akra then the warranty will pay...

Evotech is a UK company and therefore they do not have to bother with German / Swiss declaration laws/policies. I can legally de-cat and ride around without a baffle where I live and no one would ever bat an eye, meanwhile the 'Rennleitung' in Germany and/or Switzerland would probably send me...

Yup. Dealers can determine whether your oil hose is fine or not, but dealer also reckons BMW will replace all oil hoses (including cooler) over the new few weeks just to be safe. I had the clunky fork as well. Dealer ended up fitting a new one :)

Yeah, got my bike back today. Only done about 20 kilometers, but it feels good so far. I'll report back in a few weeks to see if it's actually gone for good now. Next bad news.. my bike has an active recall (defective oil cooler hose). Dealers were told to check the hoses and mine looks fine...

BMW have ordered the oil restrictor and I should get my bike back either today or tomorrow :)
