Interesting thread, I had similar when I initially tried the bike at snetterton. Off to Jerez in a few weeks, will ensure abs is off, and have changed pads and fluid beforehand too. Looking forward to theee days of getting to grips with everything!

I've fitted the sheps race fairings (well, the tail and tank cover at present). Really happy with it, however the tank cover has two vents to the front, which will obliviously let water into the electronics. Is this normal - Do other fairings have this? Is it just a case of taping this up in...

Have you got a photo of the potentiometer? And is the battery available to be trickle charged normally, or does it require a special charger?

I've gone for Sheps Fairings - they're away being painted at the moment, so have yet to fit them, but they look pretty decent!

Me too. The vbox sport is pretty decent, with a good GPS sample rate. And as stated, its easy to put it on another bike and compare data. Only downside is the need for a laptop at the circuit...

No; I bought my 17 plate last week and still got two years...

I'll stick up a photo when it gets home (i'm in no real rush), though it will be partially stripped fairly soon to trial fit track fairings before they go to paint... I'm probably 80% track, 20% road. I live very close to Snetterton so that will be its second home!

Thanks, was looking at Rearsets though css or Gilles footpegs would certainly be cheaper! I have a few sets of stompgrips on the garage already and I’m sure one will fit! Don’t like to ride without them!
