have done a couple of 600 +mile days on my RR a few years ago , had an airhawk seat pad which made a lot of difference though , I wouldn't advise that sort of milage though , but it is doable. probably half that is easy enough

Opinions please - Bike Change Maybe?

Ive been juicing for about 12 months after watching Joe, what cavey is saying is well worth considering , I had to change my lifestyle but never felt better , was 17,3 , am now now 14 and feel much better for it and still having a mean green daily. For the record I'd try the XR over the R , no...

18500 , and nope , star selector should probably be replaced , though it only manifested itself as an issue above 12K

    Metzeler M7RR

?187 for PR4's is very cheap , they are a great tyre , especially in the wet. don't think they would last 2 long on a sunny day doing sub 2 minute laps at Oulton though. I would definitely recommend them over the sportsmarts ( not tried the 2's) , and the metzelers. horses for courses with...

I recently bought my wife a Porsche , she hates bikes , so we have a toy each. first thing I did was fill it with Tesco 99 RON fuel , after about 30 miles an engine light came on to return car to garage to check. returned to Porsche specialist garage who , when I explained what I had done with...

well worth a visit , ask for a discount for cash ;) It is possible to turn the TC off completely by the way , maybe that's what happened. It needs to be off or you'll have a really short dyno run :)

    MCN shoot out

personally I wouldn't bother with the Ron Haslam thing unless you're a complete novice NL & FE are good for a decent day , would definitely recommend Anglesey and Oulton park as well. To return to original topic , the R1 is a brand new bike , besides a few foibles and some fancyish suspension...

2012 had shorter wheelbase and steeper rake , biggest plus was heated grips :) 2010 span up the fastest 2015 looks like the best of all the iterations

    Decisions decisions

sell your old bike privately and buy the new bike would be my choice. Buying all the bits and bobs is not the best way to keep your residuals IMHO
