The customer service I got was superb, in fact the best I've ever had.

It had a ticky/rattle noise, engine was striped and couldn't find the issue so they replace the whole lot. It now sounds lovely.

From my experience on track it is a lot lot lot better fun in the dry, but that said I will still go out if it's raining. Stick wets on and have fun, the more you ride in the wet the more confidence you gain and it is still fun, just not as much fun as the dry! just put the heated grips on...

iv got this one fitted to mine and there is no baffle with my can. It is a lot louder than standard going down the road and sounds brilliant. In order to pass the drive by sound test on some tracks I have had to make a baffle to fit it.
