Hi, I've already tried with throttle in various held positions, and slackening the cables, disconnecting battery and touching connections together. All to no joy. so I will get to a dealer once it stops raining!

I dont think its the clutch switch, that seems to be fine. Yhe only thing i found on google was someone sayin the Throttle position sensor could be reading high, as if the throttle was not fully closed, and suggested reset a value for TPS using a GS911... I gues it will be a trip to local BMW...

Yes tried it running, not running, clutch in, clutch out. Etc.

My gen 2 has been in race mode for the past few months. It scrolls through the modes OK, but wont change out of Race. The tickover seems high at 1500rpm, so thinking this might be linked to throttle position? Any suggestions greatly appreciated..

Hi. my bike went in Balderstons in March for 4th year annual service and also brake fluid change. No issues at all.. infact it was lower cost than the 2nd annual (low mileage) service on the 675R. I recently went in to ask about a rattle thats developed in the header pipes (butterfly valve?)...
