+1 for MucOFF, it works really well it just runs off the chain and then I also use the MucOFF dry chain lube. This combo works well in my opinion.

knockhill is a track that's high on my list to visit after watching the bsb there, looks technical. I don't see knockhill popping up very often on the main track day providers websites like no limits etc?

Best thing in my opinion would be squats and and ab exercises, try doing 10x10 at 60kg for squats and then always finish of every session with 5 minutes of abs. That should improve your strength and endurance when trying to grip your tank and brace your upper body but keep your arms loose.

Yeah I think that's the most cost effective way of doing it, it's only a track bike so I'm more than likely going too come off sooner or later anyway :p
