Swingarm And Top Yoke Cleaning

So what you guys using to keep your top yoke and swingarm clean and polished. Love my detailing and trying to get my 12 plate looking mint.

for swing arm,brake cleaner/furniture polish,tar spot remover gets all the rubber+oil off

just wash mine, maybe occasional tar remover and sometimes wipe with wd40. top yoke just wash.
