Shipping from USA to Uk

Anyone any idea how I can get a set of forks from Fla to the UK at a reasonable price, do I set up the pickup and delivery or does the seller.

you can setup pickup via parcel2go, they have reasonable prices

main thing would be tax

just do some research about the commodity code for the item and make sure it's on the import/export document or you will be charged a higher amount of import tax,also dont forget to factor in VAT on top of it all,plus a charge from royal mail for handling it in the UK.

Cheers guys yea I had a live chat open with H M revenue and customs, I missed their reply now the page is locked out ! Typical someone came in to the office to speak to me ! Postage is 350 US.. Forks are 100... so it's based on that I think

Think I might shelve the USA thing, too much trickery potential from HMRC, theres a geezer on EB selling a good clean set for ?350 supplied, however they are in Lithuania BUT currently no X border charges.. tick tock!
