Not the most exotic add on's but the new chain's much easier on the eye than the old one that looked like it had come off a trawler, just need to keep it looking that way..... As you can see M7RR's only have a couple of miles on them but straightaway the bike feels like its got a slightly softer / more compliant ride than it had on the S20's

It wasn't a mileage issue, it just looked crap despite my best (not good enough) efforts

Yeah I was thinking you couldn't be through with them that quickly on a '15
Ps you'll love the tyres especially in the wet

My chain looks like off a rat bike also new did on order for mc

It wasn't particularly scientific, I went with Renthal from B&C Express as I've used them in the past without any probs

I've mostly used Pirellis the last 6 years with a couple of sets of Bridgestones in amongst them but I'm hearing about these Metzelers a lot now. I'll see what kinda mileage and feedback people are getting over the next few months and maybe give them a bash.

Dunc, I got great mileage out of my 190 Metzeler K3 tyres on my old S1000RR, you would of course have to factor in your love of cakes and the additional weight your stallion has to carry when you have your tailpack on for the TT. I know your straighteners and make-up bag weigh a ton. Hehe

They do that right enough, youre the only one I know who has a pie pack instead of a tail pack !

Yep, the bikes only done 2800 miles so sprockets still in good shape, took the opportunity to sort it while getting the new tyres put on
