Armed response units?

I hope they only target city centres. I'd quite like to see the **** heads riding open pipe 50cc scooters get fined for their 5am antics. I often heard one doing the same living in London, and if I heard it so did 1000's of others due to population density. The dB ratings they talk of in the article are very low even for a driveby. I'd certainly like to hear some examples of what passes and what doesn't.
