HP Rearsets - Moan

So, got the HP rearsets - they are fantastic, however, I have a little gripe.... the spigot on the gear lever is made from rubber and when down-shifting tends to slip when boots are a little wet.

Does someone know if this can be changed please?

HP Rearsets

The gear lever on my HP rearsets is made entirely of metal. Unfortunately you cannot buy spare parts for them from either BMW or Gilles.

That part looks identical to mine and I've never had an issue with it in the wet.

It's just painted metal with a satin black finish.
I had to repaint it after my off
