HP Rearsets Brake side spacer left over??

Fitted my HP Rearsets to my 2015 today. I have this spacer left over from the brake side kit. Anyone any idea if it is required? Can't see any use for it.

Yip it sure is. Only required if I remove the exhaust bracket from RH rearset. Thanks for the link.e

I had the heads up from RyS1000RR when I fitted my HP Akrapovic slip on. The spacer is fitted to fill the void when the rearset exhaust bracket is removed. The bracket is there to support the OEM can and is not required for the HP Akrapovic.
