Clutch not releasing fully

Clutch is not releasing fully unless I push on the clutch lever. Tried tightening and loosening the cable. Seems as though the spring on the clutch return is not tight enough. Anyone had this?

Took it in to the dealer as I couldn't loosen the screw holding it in. Turns out the screw was binding on the brass sleeve. Freed up until service next week.
