They wont care, if its written off the insurer will want the job doing for the cheapest price. I do agree that is a **** way to see it go down the road (again oops).

Is this to go to a dealer or the insurance company? If dealer then not very impressive not to use a specialist bike transport.
Kinda reduces the urge to buy it back...

That is truly ****. How can you transport an almost new bike (any bike) like that. If it does get repaired you'll be finding secondary damage for weeks. I know it potentially looks like a wright off but that wont be confirmed until its properly assessed. When you are already feeling **** - that happens to your bike.
If it's not been confirmed a total loss then you should have kept it at home until it is or it gets authorised to repair it. It is not incurring any storage costs while it is still in your possession and technically it still belongs to you until a settlement has been agreed. The insurance company could have sent out a field engineer to your home to inspect it.
That's not a repair bill - that's a new bike bill!
lol, im thinking it probably is, just waiting for the conformation off insurance company.

not too bad, im up and about on crutches, just been told i chipped my femur too.lol. only 4 weeks after i had scan. anyway hope to start light work this week and build up over the next few weeks. hopefully just in time for new bike...fingers crossed.
