After a 200 mile ride out in the rain today my original tyres need replacing from the Supercorsas that came with the bike. I won't be using them on track so I'm looking for the best for road use only, which will also handle much better in the wet than my current ones. I am not a progressive rider (working on that) so would be happy with any tyre that gives around 3k plus mileage returns.

As above. The S20 Evo has just been replaced with the S21 Evo that promises better mileage.

Mine came with super corsa , like you said , not great in the wet, replaced with metzler RR7 love em
2k on them, still look like new,

I only ride on the road too
I commute all year round and am on my fourth set of m7rr
Find them Brilliant in the wet

I've just been through this decision thank's to the guys on here I've ordered the m7rr I too had the supercorsa on from new. They have been fine but rubbish in the wet and don't heat up as quick as I would like.

I have ridden on Bridgestone S20 Evo's for a while now (On current Fireblade) My S1000RR thats coming into the dealer next week, yippee!, will have Bridgestones on too, S21 will be my personal choice

Sport Smart 2s or Pirelli Angel GT.. Had both over 20k in total. Great year round balance, fast heat up, excellent water displacement and last est 5/6k rear / 7k front ( without track days) ... That's my two cents.

Im trying the sportsmarts for the first time. Had them on over a mnth in ****** conditions and a few warmish runs and so far bloody good

Ive had 2 cts , pures and power 3s oh and 2 mnths on dunlop 212 gps (great track tyre not so good road). I would say grip levels in bad conditions are better than michillins but not sure on ultimate grip yet . Looks like the sportsmarts are lasting better ie profile is still very uniform

Had k3 on they only lasted 800 miles have m7rr and they seem very good so far 👍
