I don't now, had issues with my 2011 switch cluster but Stephen from this here parish took it in and fixed it for me, they are/were prone to issues, mines only got 9,000 miles. BMW said out of warranty so feck off, even though they know of construction flaws in early models. Stephen sorted the issue at a fraction of the cost of a new one so well happy. More to spend on track rubber now. Issue was not being able to access menu screen for clock adj and lap timer etc.
