the previous owner fitted an electric roller door which is awesome.

I am thinking of resin flooring. Something to line the walls (plasterboard). Triple overhead lights. Bike lift/table. Proper work bench. Tool cabinet. Compressor.

Lot of money, why don't you just get a decent wooden bench, 6/8" vice, Buff, roll cab and toolbox, and compressor.... way cheaper than any of them

Get a bench online for under 200 quid
