    Ooh, good thread.

    Films (eclectic list!):
    Amadeus (of course!)
Princess Bride (just funny - wife thinks it's ridiculous)
Man bites dog (Belgian serial killer documentary)
    Dead mans shoes (Paddy Considine)
Betty blue (Beatrice Dalle at her finest before heroin overtook her)
Seven - one of David Fincher's finest
Fight Club (Edward and Brad - both fine actors)
    Kalifornia (cool serial killer)
Internal affairs (Richard Gere as a baddy)
The Dark Knight (Heath Ledger steals each scene he's in)
Locke (nearly almost all the film is inside a car on a motorway)
American History X (amazing performance, a brutal scene)
Snatch (each time I watch it I try to understand a little bit more what Mickey is saying but it just seems to be about his mam's caravan)

Anything from Tarantino (Always look for his Mexican stand-offs and trunk shot cliches)
Serendipity (Actually tried to recreate this last year by meeting my Sister in New York without telling her where I'd be. Truly bumped into her within two hours on day one)
Lord of The Rings Trilogy (Special effects are stunning)
Hard Candy (Cant beat a good old fashioned peado getting castrated)
Trainspotting 1 and 2 (The off the cuff song by Renton in the Orange Lodge had all the Rangers men laughing out loud in the Picture House)
Restless Natives (Whizzing about Edinburgh on a bike getting chased by the Polis, so true to life)

Can't watch any film with cruelty or animals dying in it, but love watching baddies being tortured. Lol, says a lot about me.

As far as TV goes, Columbo every time.

    Re: Favourite Movies/Docs/Series

Looks like you all have great taste in cinema.
    My 2 faves are:
Fight Club - Brilliant film, can't fault it, the book is excellent too
Deadpool - Purely entertaining, funny as hell and great action scenes

The rest aren't in any particular order, it's impossible to remember all the great films I've seen

    The Dark Knight trilogy
The Marvel cinematic universe (all 14 films)
    Inception
    Odd Thomas
    Die hard
    Lethal weapon
One flew over the cuckoo's nest
We need to talk about Kevin
    Reservoir dogs
    Gran Torino
    As good as it gets
    Shawshank redemption
    Interstellar
    The Martian
    Snatch
    Now you see me 1 + 2
    Arrival

Tbh I think that's just a list of films I watched in the past 6 months...

I watched Finding Dory last night, Brilliant
