My GP5 Goldfrens arrived... I'll slot them in see if they improve the stopping power over my SBS pads... I have to think when the last time I had shims on front pads... RR2 blade maybe ?...

Yeah stu they are the vortice boots.
I got the vortice air boots but taken back to shop. Didn?t like all the perforation holes in the leather. So got these beauties.
Bitch to get em on it?s a right faf with all the clips.
Miss my old sidi st boots.

Good boots I had two pairs my black pair lasted almost six seasons..replaced the sole inserts and a locking mechanism on them. Fussy to fasten up but after a few times there easy .. good choice !

The Air suited me especially on a warm day..

I have a pair of as new as ye kin get without being new for sale, lovely boots, if they fitted over my new leathers they would not be for sale:chargrined:

Its an incredibly effective vibration damping rubber compound. Great for isolation audio equipment from the floor. Its also used in innersoles to cushion your feet!
