HP4 DDC computer box

Hi all,

Changing my HP4 into a track bike...but the position of the DDC box, right in the front of the bike, does not feel very safe...too easy to crash and kill it.
Anybody knows whether that box can be moved ? Anybody moved it ? Where ?

I run mine in it's normal position,I thought it was fairly safe there-to be honest,there is'nt really anywhere else to put it(maybe on the battery?).I have heard of people moving it but,as I understand it,they had to extend the wiring loom.
