Big shout out to Knox-Cockermouth. Flexible spine broke on my 8plate protector (plastic) looked like it was replaceable so contacted them for advice.
Few emails back and forth and they came up with one and sent it out FOC.
Not seen service like that for a long time !

Very good indeed. I had similar from Krista with my R30 rucksack. Broken clip on the strap and they replaced the whole rucksack. They give a 10 year guarantee on their stuff.
