If you're talking about Stahlbus brake bleeders then yes I think they are helpful for a quick bleed.
However they are a pain in the ass if there is no fluid in the line before hand...as the fluid opens the valve.

I agree with Alex above. Fantastic if your lines are air free but if fitting new lines add the bleeder valves after getting pressure up.
