DTC indicator and light

I?ve noticed on the DTC torque reduction scale that when it shows as intervening the DTC light to the right hand side of the dash doesn?t flash like I?ve seen with most bikes including the Gen 4, any reason for this?

I think I?ve sussed it, I?m thinking the traction control light won?t flash until it?s reached 20% and or been at 15% for a length of time, I?ve watched a few videos that when the intervention display reaches 15% the traction light doesn't flash.

I was thinking there was an issue with mine.
