Emailed BMW customer services about all the problems I have with bike but no response in 2 weeks.....is this normal for BMW UK?

I recently had some back and forth with them. I got automated response immediately but it took 6 days for a human to reply.
Thanks.Ended up phoning and they had not received my emails? Sent again and got auto reply with case number.Fingers crossed for resolution.

Did you not just explain the problems over the phone? Saves the hassle of having to send an email again (which you have) which could end up getting ignored.
