Very little room for anything other than an accurate fit, the flanges and retaining springs are a bit of a faff. On the middle cylinders I find joining a couple of cable ties and using them in a link, hook round spring and pull down between the headers is a good way to attach them to the respective catches on the headers.

Just a bit disappointed there wasn't a pair of 02 sensor reducers included, system fitted great but a soft mallet and some WD makes the slip joints easier to fully engage, worthwhile marking with an inky so you know how far you've drifted the joints in...fitted the full system dry such was the quality of material and accuracy of the parts.

A reported 100db with and 105db without the baffle which covers all UK tracks when fitted... that said I'll believe 100db when I see it or hear it for that matter, could be just sales pitch..which I fell for of course [emoji849]...

Nipped flange nuts up, and I'll give the rest a once over tomorrow and stick the bodywork on.

Pulled the servo and cables, utilised the Servo bracket to mount the eliminator, just need to check the swing arm doesn't foul where I've mounted it. Had to carefully drill another mounting hole in the CF hanger for a better alignment of the can.

The weight difference is amazing.

Different bike id say. I couldn't gel with how quiet mine was
Same here.. buy the way you can pull the baffle out of the OE can mad fit a slip on, there's a thread on the US site. Mind you it still leaves that carbuncle underneath..

That looks much neater than the original!
Did you weigh the old system and new to see the difference?
Haven't done that yet Kenny, be interesting to find out the difference.. I think I've details on both from manufacturer.

Stu, remember to wipe any oily finger prints off before you fire it up or they'll be there for ever more. :chuncky: But knowing you, that's already done.

Will do, WD works great on Ti, they actually mention it on their care sheet..

Landscape/portrait...sorry lads but you'll get the Idea. I'm going to film a start up with the Baffle out in Portrait ! lol... and I have a small sound level meter I'll see what it puts out at 5500 static...

Nice sound off it but it's pretty damn loud... https://youtu.be/FExGwQbCaGE

Took a proper pic of this today.. sounds excellent out on the road, also just realised how shite the chain guard is when I washed her down, it slops about with the slightest pressure off my sponge.. Reckon chain guard and hugger are on the cards and strangely now that Carbuncle of a Cat has been removed the gap left over annoys me a bit..groan!
