Give me oil advice

Hello so i am in another country and i have only 3 option to use oil on 2018 s1000rr

In 5W40 i have only motul 7100
In 10W40 i have V300 and Shell advance ultimate

Which is best option from them ? I dont have another option in my country i was using 7100 motul 5w40 but i think shifti is not as smooth as i want , so as i know v300 is for track and i am only racing in street ,

Oem oil as i know is shell but with bmw sticker and botle , is Shell advance ultimate 10w40 the same oil like from factory RR ? I cant underatand shell website recomenda only 10w40 oil for RR while bmw recomenda 5w40 a bit strange

Shell Advance is effectively what BMW sell licensed as Advantech. So it's safe. Because you are in a hot climate you will not go wrong with 10w40 300V, the thinner 5w40 is most beneficial for colder climates and frequent cold starts.

Thanks and one question v300 is good for street riding and racings to change at 3000km ? And so bmw have sticker 5w40 on its botle but as i can see shell does not manufacturing 5w40 only 10w40 so bmw is using 10w40 shell just writing 5w40 on their bothle am i right ?

With this 3 oil option with your opinion which is better for me to use for better smooth shiftings ? I have testes 5w40 7100 motul not wana see defference between v300 or shelldo i feel any difference on shifting ?
