Hi

Hopefully going to convert my road bike to race shift to bring in line with my track bike, was wondering if I have to have anything done to the OEM quickshifter if I change it from road to race shift?

It's just the rearset that needs to change AFAIK. i.e. you need the mount point to be the other side of the fulcrum.
 
i run race on my gen 1 track bike but when i tried on the gen 3 road bike i just couldnt get it smooth. swapped it back after trying for a few weeks.
