I have the stealth tracker fitted to my gen4. All is good with it but I can’t seem to log into the app on my iPhone. It works fine on a desktop.

I had to have a conversation with Datatool when I didn't disable battery warnings when working on the bike - maybe if you unplug your battery/push it around without starting the engine you can talk to the rep that calls you :-)
I have the app on iphone, never had any issues with app, have you done all the usual stuff, reinstall app, switch phone on and off.
Yep tried all that. I put my email address in, and it just says checking for account and nothing happens.
Have data tool confirmed that the account is active? I had to phone them up with mine and 'activate' the tracker. Worked fine with the app since

What you save on ONE main dealer purchase spend of £250 on parts will pay for nearly 4 years membership.
I think so, I can log on via a desktop etc.
I’ll ring them tomorrow.
